I just ordered a license today, paid via paypal.

After completing the payment, and trying to log in again with my client ID and password that was emailed to me before the purchase of the license, it does not let me log in.

Just want to see if this is normal, and if I need to just wait for DA support to review my license purchase, and 'activate' my client ID or something along those lines. ?

You should be able to login using the CID and pass you used to make the order... if you cant I would advise you to email sales@directadmin.com

Hrm, seems to work now, and my purchased license shows up when i login. I am opting to install it myself, so i supplied fake root passwords when I ordered the license. Can't seem to find where to download the software though, to begin the installation.

EDIT: Nevermind, when logged in, license status says Active: no and Verified: no

:D

I'll just wait until they activate/verify my info, thanks.

Verifying the payment through PayPal is not automatic; you have to wait for them to have a human take a look at it.

Don't forget it's Saturday night. Where would you want to be on Saturday night :) .
