remove squirrelmail

hmmm I used custombuild to install everything, but I wonder ... if in options.conf there was squirrelmail=yes, and now I want to remove it.... hmm first I changed that entry to squirrelmail=no.... so hmmm I thought that when I run ./build update_versions it will be removed... however it was not...
so how should I remove it then... properly without messing something up ... or should I use apt-get remove... ?
...so to restate(add) the question... can custombuild remove things, and will it ever have this option :)

Just rm the directory from /var/www/html

and in options.conf, make sure its set to NO
