User Names

I am kind of upset that usernames are limited to 10 characters. At least they are at the site I have my current accounts at. This means I am not able to keep my current name, and some of my users names as they were? Is this configureable? If not, I suggest you make it so that it is and companies won't upset some when they are asked to already do the task of moving to new servers.

Yes, it's configurable:

edit /usr/local/directadmin/conf/directadmin.conf

and add:

max_username_length=14

if you want to have a max of 14, for example.
