Re : Forward email when email is sent

One of my client wants to keep track of his staff's email to see if they are doing anything behind his back.

he would like to forward all outgoing emails sent by his staff's company email to his email.

I have successfully create the forwarders but is there a way for outgoing emails ?

Any kind assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can use
cat /etc/system_filter.exim

if foranyaddress $h_to: ( $thisaddress matches @domain.tld )
then
unseen deliver your_address@domain.tld
endif

if $sender_address_domain is domain.tld
then
unseen deliver your_address@domain.tld
endif


It is for any incoming and outgoing email.

you have to restart exim after modification

For me work perfectly.
