Hello,
If you can't login but the password is correct that means 1 of 2 things. Either the hard drive is full, or /home/tmp is messed up.
chmod 1777 /home/tmp
John
[root@listen root]# passwd admin --force
Changing password for user admin.
New UNIX password:
Retype new UNIX password:
passwd: Authentication token lock busy
we are unable to change the admin pass, any ideas?

empereur,
I would suggest contacting DirectAdmin support directly providing all evidence that you can that you purchased a license. For example, a bank statement and the registration email.
