Install additional hard drive

I have directadmin running on freebsd 4.9 and soon I am going to be short on hard disk space for the home directory. I am thinking of installing an extra hard drive.
how can I make directadmin recognize it as a HD for home directories?

Check out this thread (http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1590&highlight=home+directory). You can setup DA to switch to your new HDD as the default HOME dir for new accounts.
