FreeBSD - root access after install

hi all,

forgot to set AllowUsers after install DA on FreeBSD7 - any ways to recover the root access? I cannot login as root now :(. Please help.

You shouldnt be logging directly in as root anyways. There is no way to recover it you have to get someone at your datacenter to fix it for you.

i need to be able to login as root once in a while to make sure things are fine.

i can go to the data center and plug-in the monitor. what do i have to do to gain the root access again?
