Removing DirectAdmin text from the login page and browser title bar?

How can I remove the DirectAdmin text from the login page and browser title bar?

Currently, the login page is hardcoded as DirectAdmin won't know which skin to chose the login page from. If you want your own login page, you can have one on your website that passes the data to DirectAdmin. There are example on the forum...
