i think you can just have sell it internal license if you cna provide vps for your own users...

My understanding is that DirectAdmin doesn't sell licenses through resellers. If you've got your own datacenter you can get internal licenses to use in the machines you rent out as dedicated servers, but those licenses are NOT transferrable to another owner.
