How Can I change the server IP?

The server IP must be 194.177.97.78 and not 194.177.97.103 as it is now.
I can't change it!! How I can do it?
Valid IPs are 194.177.97.78 and 194.177.97.79

194.177.97.78 free admin ns1.sam9999.com 255.255.255.0
194.177.97.79 free 255.255.255.0
194.177.97.103 server 1 ns1.sam9999.com 255.255.255.0

Change it in ip manager under admin section.

And remember that you may need to have DirectAdmin change the license to work on the new IP#.
