Could some employee upgrade my account to an internal pricing account?
I have send a email but get no response.

I'm in a kind of hurry, because i need to create a few licenses.

If more than 24 hours has gone by since you sent an email most likely your email did not go through. Try https://www.directadmin.com/clients/safesubmit.php
