Why isn't it possible with the admin user to backup everything one a time?

All the users / resellers

I loved to have that.

Next thing:

The messsage system is great, but could it be possible to get a popup when there's a new message?

Hello,

We've only complete the first step of the backup system with the Reseller level control. We will be including a full backup for admins (same thing, but with more options, and eventually a full server backup version)

We can't really have pop-ups because of popup blockers.
