public_html problem.. Help!!

I am a newbie.. i dont know all those php and html stuff.. i just want to install discuz into the file manager..
but, i had accidentally delete the folder [public_html] in the file manager...
when i click on file manager, it did not show [public_html] folder anymore, and this make me to believe i had deleted it..
Nevertheless, when i use FTP browser to open, it shows that it still there.. but when i click the [public_html], it show 'change directory permission denied'..

how to solve this??

I had tried to create the [public_html] folder, but it failed, it does not appear..

And is it we have to upload all file to [public_html] in order to use?? i had uploaded discuz at the main menu (not inside public_html) before, but then when i try to install, it failed..

Maybe you should just delete the account and recreate it.

You will need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to sort the problem out.
