Another Urgent QUestion

I have already purchased a dedicated server and need to make a choice on a control panel.

How can i put somethinng on the skeleton directory? Does directadmin offer advice or a tool to do this?

I need for every website that i add to directadmin to have all files and folders located in the skeleton directory.


Also next question:

can i limit the user control panels? lets say i dont want them to add domains...and only 5 mysql...and blocking certain features etc.. Will this be possible?
