Cannot redirect

I do not know what happend, but my redirects do'n work anymore and I get the Apache page when I visit my domains. Within the accounts all are set to redirect, but no succes and new redirects seem to fail too.
Any idea what this can be?

Edit: I also cannot get into the 'file manager' to get to the htacces, gives error "Your connection has timed out, Consider disabling the Folder Usage Count'
