This IP is being shared among many domains.

tried restarting named, httpd, ips etc..

What are you trying to do?

If trying to access a domain it means that the ip in the named zone file does not match the httpd.conf file OR you have recently changed the ip and your isp has cached the old ip and then you have to wait for their cache to clear.
