Is the Bandwidth and Disk Space being count also for Mail?

Because DirectAdmin doesnt seems to count anything mail related

Strange thing is when i do quota -u username i do see

Filesystem blocks quota limit grace files quota limit grace
/dev/hda4 344 51200 51200 27 0 0

So the quota works but Direct Admin dont showed it correctly.

Also if you delete an POP3 account then direct admin wont delete the spoolfile located in /var/spool/virtual/domain/

What's a spool file?

The reasone I ask is because, I created a test reseller account and then later deleted it.
After that I used the same username for an e-mail address.
Now just on that e-mail account ; when I send/recieve in Outlook the password box always pops up. Could this be a conflict with the reseller user name account that I deleted?
