How do i get Direct Admin to recognize the already installed crond located in /usr/sbin?

I think you left out some crucial information. What error are you getting? What OS are you using?

It told me to install crond, but crond was already installed as cron. I got around it by making a symbolic link to /usr/sbin/cron I think they need to fix the issue. Using Ubuntu 8.04 Server.

Then I assume you have already emailed them about it.
