Shouldn't hits made via http://site/~user count towards user bandwidth? Right now they're not.

Unless I'm missing something, I'm not quite sure how that could be done. mod_userdir will work for any domain, so there is no way of knowing which domain the ~user was accessed through. My best guess right now would be to uncomment the "Userdir public_html" line in the httpd.conf file, which would disable ~user, but would prevent the usage of bandwidth from another domain. I believe this is just the way it is.... but if anyone has any suggestions or ideas on how to get around this, by all means, let's hear it! :)

I'm terribly sorry for kicking this thread.
A number of my users have been abusing the ~user hack, now i desperatly need the traffic to be counted, or to get it disabled.
I placed '#' before the usermod code, didn't really work, i restarted the httpdaemon, still didn't work.
So my question now is, how should i do this ?
