public_html for admin, where?

is there a public_html folder for admin or the main server IP address?

i only have this when i ftp as admin

/domains
--/default
--/sharedip
--/suspended

so, what if i want to upload a phpinfo.php file to the server, where should i upload?

You need to create some domains in user panel.

And main server IP data is in /var/www/html/
