how to access DNS settings

Hi,
I can not find how to enter DNS settings from the control pannel or from anywhere else. In the help section it says "click the "DNS Menu" icon to access the DNS settings" but- there is no such icon or link.
How do I access the DNS settings page?

Your host may not have given you access to control the DNS settings. You should check with your host about this.
