Bandwidth capping on directories

Greeting,

Just saw Yupapa's Control Panel with it. He probably use an .htaccess and an Apache module to do so but I find it quite useful! Customers could set the max kb/sec they want their directory to use (Aka downloads directories).

Am I the only one finding this useful?

Yes this is what is needed but it would be nice to include if by default into custom_apache and add a way to add .htaccess within DA :)
