Hi guys, i had the setup my mail host at google, but i don't know where's goes wrong please help, please view

as u can see mail.360degree.com.my is not working

You've got two different CNAME entries for mail (mail and mail.360degree.com.my are the same). You can only have one.

Could someone tell me where I can find the cname records ?

In your DNS records. If your control panel doesn't allow you to change DNS settings, check with your hosting provider.

You also need to uncheck the checkbox on the MX Records page. You'll either have both DNS control and MX Records, or neither. It's up to your hosting company.
