Moving user backup to different server (IP) does not work

Hi everyone,

I looked around on the forum and cannot find the info I need. Can you help me?

I made a backup on one server in Reseller mode Manage User Backup.

I have a new server with a different IP address. When I say restore on the new server I get an error message saying the following:
You do not own the IP XXX.XXX.XXX.159. User XXXXX will not be created

It states the old IP address from the old server.

How can I fix this?

When you restore the user there is an option: Use the IP stored in the backup

Change this to the option: Use the IP from the list:

and select the IP address you wish your user to be placed on.
