how to set different timezones for each customer (for email)

Hi

I have a client who complains about wrong timezone for his emails.

How can I have the timezone set for his particular email?

I feel like im missing something.

In general the timezone shown in an email is depending on the client's own email client. Is the client using webmail? Then it's settable in the configuration for the webmail client.
