User Transfer, Cant see emails

Hi,

I have 2 servers one with DA v1.30.1 and another with DA v1.32.1

I have a user that I change it from one server with DA v1.30.1 to the server with DA v1.32.1

The only problem I have is that they use webmail and they can´t access to their old emails, it´s strange because the email shows for example that an account has 300 MB of email storage used, but when I enter using the webmail there is no email.

I make a backup in the new server and restore it on the old server, and when I login using the webmail, all the emails where there.

Why the new server does not recognice all the store email?

Is dovecot installed on the new server?

The old server has dovecot but the new one has vm-pop3d...

That could be the problem?

Yes, and it is the problem :) Install dovecot on the new server.
