I can't connect with mail.domain to check mailbox ? Mailbox is working

I have problem on my DA with Mailboxes, I configured BAT (I checked also few others programs) and I'm getting error that I can't connect with mail.domain.com, I tried on Squirrel and everything is working (mail are incoming and outcoming), I tried download setup for Outlook from DA panel, I do that and I run Outlook and again that I can't connect with mail.domain.com :///

What's wrong ? I using 25 and 110 ports (like in that configuration file from DA) and something is still wrong :(

Anybody have any idea ?

Do you own the server? If not you may want to ask your hosting company to help you.
