can't login email

i have a big problems

Jul 10 16:21:33 lnx1 dovecot[24088]: auth(default): passwd-file(info@domain.com,127.0.0.1): no passwd file: username_format=info /etc/virtual/domain.com/passwd

NB :
user exist : yes
/etc/virtual/domain/passwd exist : yes

pop3 and imap don't work

i have wget the dovecot.conf for 1.1 and i have the 1.0

i solved with cp /usr/local/directadmin/script/custombuild/dovecot.conf /etc

services dovecot restart
