Domain Pointer & Email

URGENTLY need help on emails on domains with additional domain pointers configured. ie..

Primary domain = domain.com
pointers = domain.co.uk, domain.net, domain.info

Sufing is fine assites simply redirect. However if someone sends an email to user@domain.net and not user@domain.com it simply gets rejected.

I have VERY little knowledge of this but any help would be appreciated as this is a real problem for me.

Hello,

First, try removing and readding the domain pointer. If the pointer was created with an older version of DA (over a few months old) there were no email pointers, so the pointer would need to be created with the newer version.

Also check /etc/virtual/* and /var/spool/virtual/* and make sure there is a symbolic link from the pointer domains to the main domain. Also make sure all domains (points and regular) are in the /etc/virtual/domains and /etc/virtual/domainowners file.
