Hi Guys,
One of our users is getting the following error when trying to add an email alias/forwarder.
Error creating forwarder
Details
Unable to write to the alias file. Let your administrator know that /etc/virtual/example.com/aliases is unwritable.
Click HERE to return to the forwards list
The file originally had the following permissions, which are normally fine:
-rw------- 1 mail mail 25 Jul 19 2007 aliasesRoutinely, I tried it with full 777 permissions, however it made no difference.
I also noticed the following empty file in the same directory, is it relevant?
-rw-rw-rw- 1 mail mail 0 Jun 16 10:56 aliases.temp
What's going on?
