Am I missing something here?

The reason I write is segmentation fault on all multi-domain accounts. I have heard multiple complaints as of this morning, how do I resolve this issue. By the way... If you would like us to use your support site, I think you should explain how to use it.

This update only fix the segmentation fault error that was displayed on users with 2 or more domains.

You can update directly from your control panel in the skin manager page with the "upgrade" button (for shell installs) or via shell or just upload the skin file from your skin manager page.

For shell install/upgrade run

That u see version 3.5.24 in the clientarea is correct. Walo has fixed this issue in the 3.5.24 version. U can't use the update function.

To fix the issue that u didn't see the domains in the clientarea, u have to do this:

- Download Marina Skin 3.5.24 again from the clientarea of Outservices.
- In DirectAdmin u have to upload this new download as new skin in Directadmin (admin or reseller level - skins, don't forget to check the serverwide function).
- After uploading u have to chmod 777 /usr/local/directadmin/data/skins/M-Skin-3.5.24/inc/
- Assign the skin to your account.
- Don't forget to confirm your license again! Otherwise all users can't see the control panel.
- Assign the skin to all other users.

Now your users have to see the domainmenu on the right side of the control panel.

I've upgrade (reinstall) the new version of Marina skin and.... and now I see nothing. No asking about liciense (ok, I put it in by myself), no nothing. Just top menu (mail, files, etc) and nothing more. The only thing I cahnged is Zend version, but I believe you told that now Zend dosen't requier anymore. Heeelp

cyaYOu must add the service name in /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/services.status file. That is a DA feature.

and then select Upload New Skin.
browse and select my file that download it and select uplode.
when uplode is compelit it is only show marina in my skin tabale near other skin.
i chek the box and select apply to me.
but when it is applied it's not work and say your license is invalid.
but i have buy it today and have license key.

Lastest skin version: 3.5.27
Lastest version is Valid for DirectAdmin: 1.32.2

When I try to press the button "Upgrade" I recive the message "This is fuction is not available for this installation method"... in the area http://licencias.outservices.net/client_area.php I see only the version 3.5.24 to download. :eek:

We have more than 500 customers using the skin. I guess that this is not a skin issue.
I can't guess which is your problem if i don't see it. About what you wrote in the forum (which you didn't tell me here), i can guess that can be a Zend issue. Check if you have zend 3.3.0.
Marina doesn't need zend, but zend 3.3.0 has a bug with directadmin+php with encoded or not encoded php files.
If this is the case, you need to upgrade Zend.

If the skin is workin on more than 500 servers with diferent configuration/OS/DA version/etc i can guess that this is not a skin issue. When you sent me the screenshots i told you that i didn't received, because the emails went to a piping, so i request you online images. You didn't send me that.

However if the skin don't work on your server i will refund you.
Sorry but i can't solve your problem. I don't know it.

I dont want to have a refund, I want to have it working and us communicating, instead of blowing towards vacuum spaces. I dont mind that things take a little but -communicate- to me.

ok, first off all try some other thing.

The enhanced skin has a little php script. If you have 1 or more plugins, like awstats, you will see the links at the end of the main menu (admin level) with the enhanced skin.
Check if you see that links.

As i can see in the screenshot this is a php-skin issue. If you click on the "Files" button above, you should see the file manager without problems.

So, if you don't see the plugins items in the menu with enhanced, you need to solve the problem by yourself.
Otherwise, we need to debug to find the problem. First of all, check if /usr/local/bin/php is the path of you php binary (called by Marina in /inc/config.html).

If you mean the plugin manager: that's empty.

If you mean something different: It might not be there.

I send you my php extensions that I use on FreeBSD with mbstring.so commented out because that generates a lot of questionmarks for DirectAdmin (something fishy). Is anything obvious missing there?

How come it would be my problem if the plugin info isn't there? I did -exactly- what was written in the PDF and nothing is shown. A couple of Marina-CMD* options appear to work, so either something is missing (on my end) or something within marina is broken. Please review my extensions to see what obvious things are missing, else please do not instantly state that this is a DA problem since DA works very fine for months already.

I can see the file manager fine from Marina and the Enhanced screen. Any more things to see/do?

You don't have any plugin installed.

Try this:

Edit the file
/usr/local/directadmin/data/skins/enhanced/admin/content_main.html
and add this lines at the bottom


|$/usr/local/bin/php
<? echo 1; ?>
DONE|Then login in to the panel with enhanced skin and you shout see "1" at the end of the menu items.
If you don't see that, you can assume that it is your DA/panel issue.

Ok from there I do not seem to get any output. Though (thanks john!) I got output from the commandline by issuing:

output was ofcourse hello world.

(I concurrently asked for support from DA to see whether your idea would be viable and whether it is indeed a problem or not. John reported that I should test the commandline and if that failed then most likely there was an error there. That is not the case, so I'll assume that this means that something is fishy at some place).

If you don't receive the ticket responses by email, please login in in support area. We want to change the IP of that server, but is risky because that is the main licensing server.

People dont null scripts to install backdoors. Besdies. DA plugins dont run as root so your chance of that is slim to none. The fact that there is a nulled version is quite interesting.

And I didn't said that it is a PHP version issue.
The last time I saw blank screen it was because Zend 3.3.0, but that was a long time ago.

You can try some things:
Adding
|$/usr/local/bin/php
<?php echo "some text"; ?>
DONE| on the header.html file. Then check the skin. You will see "some text" at the top. If you dont see it, php is not working on the skins system.

To test base64 decode, add

|$/usr/local/bin/php
<?php echo base64_decode('c29tZSB0ZXh0'); ?>
DONE| on the header.html file. Then check the skin. You will see "some text" at the top.

Also check if /usr/local/bin/php is your PHP bin file. If is not, you can set the proper path in inc/config.html

When i added both groups of code "some text" appeared at the top when i clicked on HOME but the rest of the skins is still blank.

If i dlick on HOME its blank page.
If i click on PASSWORD link it shows correctly and i can see that.
If i click on FILE MANAGE then i see it correctly

Just when we click on HOME its blank. Must be something in the index file or whatever displays the home page of the skin.

Still no solution to this. If i remove zend and restart Apache its still the same, blank page.

You have to contact walo. It's a third party skin, and JBMC, the company which publishes DirectAdmin, has nothing to do with it.

MarianSkin has some problems, you cannot renewal licence at all ( link is not working ) and when you write about this on support email no response at all. I registered new account and bought new licence.

One more thing link Server History is not working with marina skin i`m getting error document not found, with directadmin default skin this link is working.

You should fix this problems.

Danijel,You don't need to get another account. You can use your existing account and get a new license.
Unfortunately out license systema doesn't have a renew option. But you can get a new license a copy/paste the new key.

About server history, will be fixed ASAP.

for example the "SpamAssassin Setup" is not translate in italian, I have make the translation that you can see in the attachment file... i lose it every time you make an update to marina or only if you update this file with some new words?

i need to know it because there are more random words not traslate in italian lang! T_T

Anyway I when I found this link I managed to re-issued a licence as I had moved servers, now all I get in DA is;

License status: Active
License expire: Data temporary unavailable

This is after hitting the save button, before that it says licence invalid every time I login.

Is this a firewall issue??

The skin is a third-party product. I'm just hopeful that people who want support on a third-party product will ask for it at the third-party site rather than on the DirectAdmin forums. I'd think you'd get better and faster support directly.

I am only one of the moderators. I stand by my post (#122 in the thread). I believe that Third-party software distributors should not expect to use the DirectAdmin forum as their support venue. But I understand that others think otherwise.

While changing the colour scheme from default Blue to Dark Grey, Capri couldn't show the word "Process Monitor",instead, it shows "LANG_PROCESS_MONITOR|"

No problem while choosing "Blue".
