Token Generated Code

Is there anyway to change the code generated by tokens like |POPACCOUNTS|.

All I want to do is change the cellspacing=1 to cellspacing=0 – so does anyone know how to do that with CSS?

not sure if all that stuff is w3c/multi browser compatable, we seem to use margins for changing cell padding :)
