FTP Free Host Issue

Ive got an issue where I cant login using any FTP clients and am constantly getting a 530 Login incorrect.

I am using my username/password from directadmin and port 21.

Because I am using a free account with atgig.com, I cannot use "ftp.yourdomain.com" for the host.

Is it ftp.atgig.com?
Is it ftp.mydomain.atgig.com?

I "think" I have tried almost every combination and I KNOW its something simple but its tearing my hair out :(

Please help before I throw my laptop out the window :p

I'm not sure anyone here will know the answer. You might want to contact support for the hosting company.
