FreeBSD 6.3 - 32bit - fully supported?
I need to install new server - And I need to know - it is good?
FreeBSD 6.3 - 32bit + DA - have problems in install and works?

Yes, it working fine (and supported). 6.2 is not recommended and will be end of life soon. :) Good luck!

no prodlem such as 7.0-32 and 7.0-64?

No problems :) There is only beta version of DirectAdmin for FreeBSD 7.x, so it shouldn't work as stable.
