Problem with Creating Accounts

I have looked all over the forum and can't find anything on this.
so here is my problem.

When i setup a new account and i'm suppose to pick a ip address from a pull down. How do i tell it what ip to use?

Before you can set up a site you must, as reseller, create at least one hosting package, and as admin assign at least the one shared server IP, to that reseller, to assign to users.
