Copy of Welcome Message

What do I need to do with DA to have a copy of the welcome messsage sent to a new user sent to admin or some other email address?

The knowledge base said this function was added...is it still there?

What needs to be changed to have the welcome message come from
reseller@resellerdomain.com instead of the very obtuse reseller@myaccountname.provder.com

It used to work with DA 1.31 but with the current version it seems to be broken.

By default DA will send the email to both the reseller and the user. When setting up a reseller DA will send the email to both the admin and the user.

The From address for reseller accounts is the admin return address; the From address for user accounts is the reseller's return address.
