how to disable apache status

may i know how do i disable apache status? (http://ip/httpd-status)

Comment out those lines in the httpd.conf file. It is normally not enabled by default. At least I have not seen it enabled by default.

Since you are the one that enabled it then you certainly know how to disable it.
