How to upload an entire folder, rather than seperate files?

Hi,
I am trying to upload an entire folder to my server using the direct admin tool. I'm basically trying to install a new phpbb style on my forum, and to do that I have to upload all the files to the directory. however, theres so many folders and subfolders and files that I have to upload, is there any way to just upload the entire folder containing them all, rather than having to upload each seperate file in groups of 10...?

Might be easier to just use an FTP client?

You can tar gz the folder then upload it and then untar gz the file.
