Are we allowed to resell the internal license to clients who colocate their servers with us as we are a data center provider.

I have emailed them. Just to let others who are interested to know, yes. We are allowed but the license will belong to us rather than our colocation/dedicated/vps customers.

In fact, that's the entire purpose of an internal license. Internal licenses are specifically for resellers who offer dedicated servers to their clients.

Note that you're expected to support internal licenses yourself.
