changing domain ip / selecting IP while domain creation

Is there a way to change the domain's IP thru the interface ? or it is all about manually changing the zone file and vhost to reflect the new IP ?

Also how do i select a different IP when adding a new domain thru the interface ?

IP#s are assigned by user; a user cannot have more than one IP#. The structure of DirectAdmin is such that this cannot be easily changed, and therefore won't be.

If you change the IP# for the user DirectAdmin will automaticlaly rewrite every necessary file for every domain owned by that user.
