Hello,

When someone gets their IP banned from DA and get the blank page, is there a way I can add words to this blank page?

For example:

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Sorry, your IP address has been banned from accessing DirectAdmin

This is because you have exceeded the limit for failed login attempts.

Hello,

It doesn't work that way at the moment. DA figures anyone doing brute force password attack probably doesn't deserve a nice message, as it's more of a self-defence mechanism for anything bad they may be trying to feed the server, whever it be maliciously crafted headers, or anything like that. DA totally refuses all blacklisted connections... so the connection isn't accepted at all. If it did, and the brute force attack continued, then you'd run out of DA clients and nobody would be able to login. I can appreciate the confusion factor though, Users wondering where the login page went.. but the feature was mainly aimed at scripted brute force login attempts (like volumes of 100+) and not so much designed for lower volumes, although it still works.

Short answer: not at this time, but maybe in the future.
