Uebimiau Webmail Saving As PHP Files

Hello,

I've got a DA server running and when I access my webmail it shows attachments and recognises them as the correct type of file (application or image) but when downloading it renames the file automatically to download.php. Anyone know how to fix this?

I didn't write it, so I can't really say exactly how they did it, but:
1) make sure you've got the latest version 3.11
2) The way for a script to set the filename to be saved as is in the headers using one of several different ways.. each browser is different, some like one solution, others only accept another solution. This is why we had to chane the way we did the same thing from a mess of special headers to CMD_DB/user_db.gz when downloading a gz backup database in DA. It used to be in script form like CMD_DB?action=backup&name=user_db or something like that, but it was too much of a pain to get it to work.

In any case, try a different browser if the updated version doesn't work.

I'm also on the virge of dropping Uebimiau in new installs as it's "older" than the other ones and isn't perfect.
