disable or password in phpmyadmin

how can i protect my database thru phpmyadmin?
can i disable it or put a password?

It should require a login and password by default. If not then someone changed the default setup.

Type:

cd /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild
./build update
./build phpmyadmin
