My dedicated host e-mailed me a new ip range, router, etc. What file do I edit in order to change the main box ip that direct admin sees?

Hello,
The IP files are found in /usr/local/directadmin/data/admin/ips/*

I need to move a server onto a new block of IP's. The impression this gives me is if I manipulate these files correctly that would be all that is involved.
Is this correct? Would any other configuration of DA need to be modified? I just find it too easy ;)
I am assuming I have to update the license as well. My intention was to just buy another one on the new IP. Can I expect any issues?

If you're changing the IP's on a server, you should following the instructions found at:
http://www.directadmin.com/change_ip.txt
Remember to let the ipswap.sh script add your new IP's to the DA configuration and not to add them through the IP manager. The script will swap the old IP for the new one, so let it do it's thing :)
You may need to run /etc/init.d/startips (FreeBSD: /usr/local/etc/rc.d/startips) to get the IPs loaded into the device.
