New API functions

For the next release, there will be some very useful new CMD_API functions available. They allow you to get detailed information about the servers current usages, as well as everything you need to know (and more) about a user.

You know what I think -might- be useful.

Have DA optionally send the servers' DNS info to a remote server whenever it's modified. Not sure which file(s) -I guess /etc/named-, but it'd allow for better one-DNS-server implementing.
