Hello,
We have DA which is Internal Licencing.but The Time Remaining 8 days, 19 hours and 39 minutes is showing in control panel.
Is it expiring the licence or there is error in updation.

English is not eveyone's first language, rtaylor; be kind :).

If it's an Internal license it may be that the actuall owner is paying monthly and hasn't paid yet... or that there's a temporary problem betwen the server and DA's licensing server.

First I'd use a shell login and attempt an update from the shell (it's been discussed multiple times in these forums). If it doesn't work it may leave an error message in the file it downloads that'll give you some idea why. Then I'd contact the data center where I got the server and license, since the owner of the license is supposed to support it.

I'd contact DirectAdmin as a last resort, and expect that they might ask you to get your own license.

Probably better to address it to sales; the fact that a license needs updating isn't really a support issue.
