Accounts can be added...but

Hello,

I can add new accounts fine, but when I try to access the website by the following url after the account is created, I get this error:
http://myipaddress/~username

"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /~username on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

I've added accounts previously, and never had this problem.

I know its gotta be something simple here, but I'm braindead after messing around what seems forever with modernbill :)

Thats a small bug. It's known and has already been fixed and should be available for the next release which will hopefully happen in the next few days.
