I've found various install guides for APC cache out there, but I think the directories are a bit different under the DA architecture.

I was wondering if anyone has a good guide on how to install APC Cache under DA, I wish Wael's script had APC Cache in it :)

Thanks for any help or guidance!

Well, I'd suggest xcache instead...very easy to install and robust piece of software.

Let me know if you need help with it.

hi there, i need advice on installing xcache. please help danke

Does installation need a restart of the machine? Have various sites running on the server, with a large board powered by vbulletin running.

We run APC on all our Freebsd servers but there is no howto. YOu can pick up the howto for APC on the ev1, theplanet forums. There are many howtos on installing it there. Its not control panel specific so a basic howto works across all server types and control panel.
