PhpMyAdmin - Admin connect on user account

I cannot connect me on PhpMyAdmin of a user by the account administrator without knowing his password. are you a solution with this problem?

You cant "login" as another user with phpMyAdmin, however you can access their databases through the admin level.

/usr/local/directadmin/conf/mysql.conf
