Log in to directadmin as admin
Click "Show All Accounts"

NOTE: No "Create User" link

Click any user (even the admin user)
Click "Login as" user
Click "logout" link

NOTE: "Create User" link now exists

This is how I first figured out how to create new users, by the way. ;)

Hello,

The "Admin" level doen't create "Users". Only Resellers create Users. When you "login as user", and logout, you are forwarded to your Reseller's listing of users, which is different from the "Show All Accounts" page.

To create Users, you'll want to do this:

Reseller Panel -> List / Modify Accounts -> Create Accounts

The Admin Panel has no "Create User"... the Admin Panel only create Resellers and/or other Admin's.

I listed it merely as a possible point of customer confusion. Perhaps a better distinction could be made between admin and reseller control panels within the UI? Regardless, it is, as the subject indicates, a matter of little consequence.
